I find a solution.
I work with vmware horizon and I have the same problem as everyone here for several months
I activated the GPO "Show clear logon Background"
This policy setting disables the acrylic blur effect on logon background image.
You see this gpo in :
Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates- System - Logon
