И это далеко не просто так написано. Прошивка 1.98 завалилась на тестах и поэтому hpe срочно выпускал 1.99, которая и получила сертификацию. Более того, у них даже в гуе горел алерт о том, что прошивка не сертифицирована, но, видимо, на это просто забили
